Who Qualifies?

• People who rely on use of wheelchairs, walkers, crutches, canes, or assistance from others to leave the home or who possess limited ability to ambulate due to weakness and pain.

• Patients who have lost the use of an upper extremity and may be unsafe to use the stair handrail

• People for whom outings may be medically contraindicated as determined by the physician

• Dementia, alzheimers or memory impairment patients

• Patients with heart and respiratory disease
